    Panda Markham

    Panda Markham is Lifetime Development’s first development proposal in the City of Markham; its goal is to transform and revitalize a 5.8 – acre site at 8200 Warden Avenue into a vibrant, mixed-use community that will provide much-needed housing for the City of Markham’s burgeoning population.

    This landmark condominium community is proposed to include five residential towers with supporting retail at a grade that will not only enhance the City’s skyline but will enrich the neighbourhood with stunning architecture while connecting residents to the best of Markham and the Greater Toronto Area. The goal is to expand on the existing resources and infrastructure that have allowed Markham to thrive and grow.

    The towers are proposed at heights of 28, 32, 38, 43, and 48 storeys, with podiums varying in height. Two of the five towers will have 9,280 square feet of retail/commercial space. 

    Panda Markham is planned to have 2,206 condominium units, with 55% of inventory being two and three bedrooms.

    Panda Markham Condos is located in the heart of Markham at Highway 7 and Warden. Unionville has a lot to offer with its Victorian-era buildings, cobblestone streets, and local businesses. Residents will appreciate the proximity of grocery stores, shopping centres, movie theatres, and cafes.

    Panda Markham Condos is an excellent choice for young families, as the area is rich in educational opportunities for children of all ages, including Seneca’s Markham Campus and the future York University Markham Campus.

    There are numerous day-to-day conveniences and essential services nearby the development site. The neighbourhood is home to a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants, banks, professional services offices, and entertainment venues. Indoor activities are available at the YMCA and local community centres. Markham is home to over 1,000 technology and science-based headquarters, including IBM, Huawei, & Toshiba. The Markham-Stouffville Hospital and the Pan AM Centre are also nearby.

    There is plenty of green space to enjoy in Markham including parks, conservation areas, and golf courses. The Rouge National Urban Park, which boasts of a number of the oldest known indigenous Canadian heritage sites, is located in Markham.
